What to include
- The URL of the page the message refers to, when there is one.
- For a correction: the sentence at issue and a source.
- For a privacy request: the email address used in earlier mail, so the desk can find the thread.
- For a refund request, if a paid product exists: the purchase date and the address used at checkout. See Refunds.
Common requests
The desk answers questions about the articles, takes factual corrections, and handles access, correction or deletion of personal data sent by email. It does not book consultations, review personal spreadsheets, or give tax or employment advice.
