Privacy
Spokeshave has no user accounts and no forms. The only personal data the desk handles is what a correspondent includes in email, plus ordinary technical logs kept by the host.

What is collected
Email messages and their metadata (address, date, subject, any files attached). There is no newsletter signup, no account database and no on-page form.
The hosting provider may record technical logs: IP address, user agent, date, requested path and referrer. Those logs exist for security, abuse detection and aggregate traffic counts. They are not used to build a marketing profile.
Legal bases and purpose
Under the LGPD, email is processed to reply to a request (legitimate interest in operating an editorial desk, and performance of a contact the correspondent initiated). Technical logs rest on legitimate interest in keeping the site available and in supporting security. Where consent is required for a later optional product, that consent would be asked in the relevant mail, not on a silent form.
Cookies
This site does not set first-party analytics cookies. A host or content-delivery network may set a strictly technical cookie needed to serve the page. No advertising cookie is placed by Spokeshave.
Retention
Editorial correspondence is kept as long as the thread remains useful for corrections or legal defence, then deleted or archived with reduced access. Technical logs follow the host's default rotation, typically weeks rather than years. A person may ask for earlier deletion of a mail thread.
Sharing and international transfer
Spokeshave does not sell addresses. Mail is stored with the email provider; pages are stored with the hosting provider. Either may process data outside Brasil. Transfers rely on the provider's contractual clauses and on the necessity of using those processors to run the site.
Rights
Under LGPD, a person may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability where feasible, information about sharing, and deletion of personal data that is no longer needed. Requests go to support@spokeshave.online. The Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) is the Brazilian supervisory authority.
